Past workshops include:

“Healing Arts for Service Providers” – an hourlong, online workshop for therapists, case managers, and advocates. Explore using movement, sound, image, and writing for health and healing. No prior arts experience required.

“The Curious Creative” – 2-3 hour experiential workshop for performers using Internal Family Systems and Expressive Arts to address performance anxiety.

Workshops
As adults, we tend to proscribe certain activities as fruitless and not productive ways to spend our time. But being gently guided into and through a process of pure personal expression and introspection using visual arts, sound, and movement provides a sort of reset and calm that I think better arms us for our “adulting” lives. I highly recommend joining one of Julie’s expressive arts groups.
Workshop Participant

Julie’s presentation for our Wellness for Musicians class was the perfect way to start the term. Students were guided through movement, drawing and journaling to expand their awareness of their own artistry. She helped us all uncover blocks to our authentic expression in a kind and gentle manner.
